This Service Pack contains performance
improvements and maintenance fixes. We recommend that all ArcGIS 9.2 customers download
and install this Service Pack, at their earliest convenience, to ensure the highest
quality experience when working with ArcGIS 9.2.
ArcGIS 9.2 must be installed before you can install this Service Pack. This Service Pack is cumulative and contains the fixes from all previous 9.2 patches and service packs. If you have a previous patch or service pack installed, you may apply this Service Pack over it to update the required files.
Please be sure to take a look at the readme file on SP5 to see all issues addressed.
